OnlyEg Crepe Omelette

A beautifully sweet, yet protein and nutrient-packed breakfast to try at home! Way easier to make than a crepe, because there’s no need to cobble together ingredients for a batter that may or may not work.

Ingredients

  • OnlyEg XL Omelette
  • ½ cup uncooked glutinous rice
  • Custard cream
  • Cherries
  • Berries

Steps

  1. Cut the omelette sheet into circles.
  2. On a non-stick pan, lightly sear the round omelette cuts and set them aside to cool.
  3. Roast some uncooked rice until golden brown on a pan or skillet. Cook over medium heat. shaking skillet frequently to redistribute rice into an even layer, until rice is lightly golden, about 10 minutes. Into a blender, add the roasted rice, and blend until powdery.
  4. Spread custard across one sheet of omelet, then add a generous amount of berries.
  5. Place the stuffed crepes on a round plate. For decoration, sprinkle some more cherries and roasted rice powder on top. 
  6. Serve and enjoy!
