A healthy sandwich featuring OnlyEg tamagoyaki, packed with delicious pesto and finely-sliced vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Sliced white bread
  • OnlyEg tamagoyaki (keep in chiller for 2 hours, then cut, add salt and pepper and bake for 5 mins)
  • Very thinly sliced roasted beetroot
  • Very thinly sliced purple cabbage mixed with chipotle mayo
  • Pesto paste
  • Chipotle mayo

Steps

  1. Spread the chipotle mayo mixed with purple cabbage on the bottommost layer of white or brown bread (lightly toasted).
  2. Add the tamagoyaki cut to size.
  3. Layer the roasted beetroot on top of the tamagoyaki.
  4. Spread the pesto paste on top of the previous layer.
  5. Place the second slice of bread on top. Your sandwich is complete!
